As many of you have noticed, NEWS has been trickling in over the last few
days.  After talking with the people at Ohio State, I found that the
problem was the result of a couple of problems at Ohio State that they now
believe to be fixed.
 
Users may now notice large amounts of NEWS coming in as we catch up from
the delays over the last couple of days.
 
We apologize for any inconvenience these problems may have caused.
