Unfortunately, the "Vax" doesn't support the exec SSI option.

There are 2 workarounds that I can think of:

  1) Implement the entire page as a CGI.
or
  2) If your accesses.pl program is returning a graphic, recode it as a
       IMG SRC instead and then make your accesses.pl program a CGI.
