Please don't put all of the blame on a single person.  The person you're
all referring to about not giving out disk space is really just following
orders.  Believe me, the person you're referring to would LOVE to give more
disk space to everyone.  My understanding is that the decision for not
funding this was made by someone above any of the people in MCIS.  In this
light, you might want to try a different forum to voice your concerns.
