You should be able to retrieve this with the command:
$ WWW http://www.aladdin.co.uk/u/basic
I just tried it, though, and couldn't get to the site (it's in England, so
that's not too surprising).

After you put the MIAVX1 system in server mode, you should be able to
receive files using whatever mechanism Qmodem Pro uses for receiving files
(is there a pull down menu for receiving files?). When done, you should be
able to close the server connection with a LOGOUT or FINISH command.
