As you have probably noticed, we are again experiencing problems with NEWS
on MIAVX1 and OCEAN.  These problems are characterized by the error message
"Display - Cannot access item text".  These were the same problems that
occurred on 2/7/94.
 
We now have a good view of what is causing the problem and we are
consulting with DEC to identify the exact cause of the errors.
 
More information will follow in this newsgroup as it becomes available.
