Ocean, the batch Alpha system of the Digital OpenVMS cluster in Oxford
(MiaVX1), will be rebooted at approximately 5pm on Tuesday, 19 March 1996,
for maintenance reasons.  Ocean should be back online by or before 6pm.
The reboot of Ocean should not affect users of the interactive Alpha system,
Sea.  Only batch processes, such as the MCIS Help Desk's Target system, will
be unavailable for this short period of time.
 
     Miami Computing & Information Services (MCIS) regrets any inconvenience
this brief service outage may cause our clients.
