                            *** MIAVX1 Crash ***

The MIAVX1 system crashed yesterday, Wednesday, January 18, 1995 at
approximately 4:30PM.  The system returned to service at approximately 4:45PM.
MCIS and DEC are currently looking into the problem.  At this time, we don't
believe that this problem is related to the crash that occurred on Wednesday,
January 11.
