If you're using the MCUG Library, just type SZ for Send Zmodem,
or RZ for Receive Zmodem, otherwise:
 
First define the commands: (leading $ just designates the prompt)
   $ sz :== $user_lib:[mcug.apps.zmodem]sz.exe
   $ rz :== $user_lib:[mcug.apps.zmodem]rz.exe
 
Then, just type SZ or RZ accordingly.
 
For those interested in using the MCUG library, I'm going to try to
post up instructions on how to use it by the end of the week.
