Just to clear up some confusion here.  Multinet is the name of the TCP/IP
package that we currently run on our OpenVMS systems.  It's produced by a
company called TGV.  UCX is the TCP/IP package we ran prior to May, 1993 (I
think).  It's produced by Digital Equipment Corporation.
