Over the summer, we installed a new version of MAIL on the MIAVX1 system.
This version, while fixing one bug, introduced a new one.  This new bug
sometimes prevented users from deleting mail (or compressing their mail
file) once they had exceeded their disk quota.
 
I've now installed a new version of the MAIL program as of this afternoon
that should fix this problem.
