News really has a mind of its own.  Last night and today, I cannot post
to comp.os.os2.setup because "No authorized newsgroups specified."  It
did this on the original and a followup article.  The newsgroup is clearly
in the header.  It did this on ocean and miavx1, so that's not the
problem either.
