Check out Monolith Internet Services at http://www.ml.org. They
offer some interesting things that help people out on dynamic IP or without
DNS service. I have no idea if it'll work here, but it may be worth a try.

Minor nit pick, but last time I checked, 160 200MB disks was 32GB.
