Host Printing Services NOT Available 6/27 & 6/28
 
   MCIS again requests your patience as the public printing services
for  MiamiU and MiaVX1  (formerly available in the MCIS Hughes LTC)
must be moved to a new location in Gaskill.  Environmental problems
seriously affected the output devices in 130 Gaskill; necessitating
an immediate move.
 
  Consequently, the line printer and plotter will be out of service
Thursday afternoon, June 27th, and Friday, June 28th. Service will
resume Monday, July 1st.
 
    WHERE:    211 Gaskill (Copy Center)
 
    WHEN:   -Summer pickup hours for line printer and 3270 plotter
             output are 7:30 am through 4:30 pm, Monday
             through Friday.
            -Fall semester hours will be 8 am through 9 pm, Monday
               through Thursday; 8 am through 5 pm on Friday.
 
    MiamiU printing procedures for these devices have not changed.
The ROUTE print menu screen retains references to the Hughes
location but redirects output to 211 Gaskill by default.  MCIS
plans to update this screen as soon as possible.
