I'm having trouble with the 14.4k lines on the VAX. Whenever I get more than
ascreen full of characters coming over the modem, I lose carrier. I've
triedconnecting with and without error correction, and data compression, but it
madeno difference. I checked the flow control, and it's set to CTS/RTS like
itshould be. I've tried calling on the 9600's and it still seems to do it.
Ican make the problem occur every time if I do a dir /full. It spits out
abouttwo screen fulls of info then the carrier is gone, I just can't tell if
it's myproblem or what.... And how do I fix it if it is?

Hmmm, I'll add to this, I just got a new modem 28.8k Zoom, and it seems to be
working better, but I haven't pushed it yet..
