The OCEAN system will be unavailable from 6:00AM until noon on Saturday,
April 9, 1994 so that we may install a new version of MAIL.  This new
version of mail contains bug fixes and enhancements.  A list of these bug
fixes and enhancements will be summarized in a upcoming NEWS message.
