Miami University's electronic Directory (PHonebook) unexpectedly went
offline this morning, Thursday, 23 November 1995 (Thanksgiving Day), and is
currently unavailable.
 
     Miami Computing & Information Services (MCIS) has been aware of the
situation since approximately 8am today and will have PH back online as
soon as humanly possible.  Correction of the situation has been delayed by
the complication of today being a national holiday when systems run
unattended.
