What happened to alt.chinese.text.  VMS has been carrying it for more than a
 
year.  Quite a few international students are following this usenet group.
 
It suddenly disappeared on June 7.  Three days after the 5th annivesary of
 
the Tiananmen Square Massacre.  Was this just a coincidence?
