Our names are less known than most of our visitors' so I'd cut our names. I'd guess Upham Arch in fall or spring. I "get" the sundial but it has little to do with education, just campus. What's McCracken look like? Bachelor is too dull.

Eric,

A couple questions:

 * Do you have a photo in mind for this? MacCrracken/Sundial? Bachelor Hall? Upham Arch? Spring, summer, fall?
 * You have quite a bit of content for a half page ad. Can we cut faculty names? I don't really think students associate the experience with names so much as content/offerings (at least not until they meet you guys and see how awesome you are). Generally an ad is meant to catch attention and give basic information, drawing the person to a website or contact to gain more details.

Also, I need to know the billing code for this project.

We're glad to help and appreciate your business.
~ Barb

Dear Barbara,

      Here is the copy for the ad we discussed.

     I'd like to thank you again for being willing to break into your schedule to help us.

 The ad is a half page ad measuring 7.25" w by 4.5" h;
the ad should be in full color (CMYK). It will appear in the Conference program for the Associated Writers and Writing Programs (AWP) which will be held in 2012 in Chicago, from February 29-March 4.

   Any questions, please let me know.

   Thanks again.

    Eric
