Under Practical Criticism (b), I'm a little uncomfortable with "psychologies." I think "philosophies and purposes" are both defensible and accurate. I fixed a typo and changed 50-60 graduates to 50-70. That's probably closer to correct. Attached document shows changes in Track Changes.
