Hi all,

i'm experiencing a tough balancing act between needing to try to make a piece of crowd-sourced work for a major event in Scotland next week (gulp) and running the CW ship smoothly. So much is happening right now, planning, assessment, hiring, diverse committees that finding time to be creative is under serious pressure. Add to that new responsibilities to the Digital Humanities (yesterday's symposium presentation and onwards committee commitments on that score) . . . . i'm not getting to everything.

I'll be away from next Monday through the following Sunday. I'll bust a gall bladder to get us back on track as soon as i return. I recognize that we need to meet and would like to meet November 7th (if humanly possible). There are things looming that we need to talk about.

Please send agenda items for a meeting on the 7th. Apologies again for the choppy waters.
