Re dates,

Stallings reads in Louisville Dec. 2 so close to that time would be the
cheapest and easiest.  She doesn't have to be a big nighttime reading; in
fact since she is so young and upcoming she'd be more appropriate for an
afternoon reading in the Reading Room or something like that.  If she can
make it at 3 PM on Tuesday November 30, how does that sound?
