Hi, David, cris, et al,

Let me echo cris's thanks and appreciation for all of David's many
contributions. It's been a long and serpentine road. David, as I'm sure
you remember drove me to, or perhaps from, the airport when I flew in to
interview. So there from the very beginning of my time here...

And yes, it's certain that Cathy will be not be teaching in Lux, since
Susan was asked months ago to replace her. One of the many reasons that
I'm happy to have received an ARA for next fall, is that it makes it
possible for me to accompany her.

Lots to think about and plan for, perhaps over poker or bowling this month
and next?

By the way, our meeting on Wednesday morning at 10 am, will occur in BAC
358, our home off the mailboxes.

Eric
