Subject: Creative Writing Meeting 12/8

Dear Colleagues,

    I’d like to call a meeting either for next Tuesday, Dec 7th at 4 pm or  for next Wednesday, December 8th from 1-2 pm.

    While I’d generally prefer the Wednesday date  because many of us will be here enjoying the departmental party, there’s a hitch in that there is no room available to meet it on Wednesday at 1 pm, and it would seem to be the only available time to meet given various teaching schedules.

     Therefore, would everyone let me know if you are available to meet next Tuesday at 4 pm, and/or if anyone can think their way around the lack of a room to meet in on Wednesday?

    And because one of the important topics to consider is course assignments for next year, I would ask you not to turn in your course request forms until after we’ve met.   I’ve spoken to Debbie about this and gotten an extension.   You’ll remember that at previous meetings we discussed making sure that CW faculty made sure to request some larger enrollment classes.
