"Necessity is the mother of invention."  Though not quite invention,
the Libraries has had a need to go ahead and purchase an HTML editor.
We decided to go with a basic HTML editor and chose Semantic Visual Page
for it's simplicity, features (including a very functional FTP module),
dual platform option, and accurate HTML coding.
 
Having taken this step, we recommend to the group that Visual Page become
the basic HTML editor for the campus.
