FYI, this was my letter:
Dear FCC:
Please ignore the telephone companies' wining about rates and the
Internet. They are hardly going to the poor house, and the fact that
Internet providers are in essence buying in bulk for their data
transfer is not a matter in which the FCC needs to get involved.
