One further note:  If you are already authenticating through the
terminal window being successful in general but encounter one of
these instances of "Access Denied," it MAY help to enter your full
Novell ID.  Instead of typing
 
userid
 
type instead this
 
userid.stu.mu
 
using stu if you are a student.  Depending upon the type of problem
it is having, it just may work.
