You may want to refer to message #189 in this newsgroup (mu.comp.modems).
The 529-5777 modems now require a username and password.  The username
should be your uniqueId and the password should be your NDS password.
Unless you've changed your NDS password, it's probably still the first 8
digits of your social security number.
