LCP and IPCP mode

        I'm still having problems with the PAP connection from Windows
3.1. So I thought I'd try a different approach. I switched the LCP/IPCP
mode from active to passive and logged in manually just fine. The prompt
then went to ITTY@R.....1-3>, well that's pretty close to what it looked
like. My question is can I and how do I run anything (Netscape, mostly)
from there
