Miami's Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP) server is nntp.muohio.edu
 
I'm not sure you have to specify where Netscape places your newsrc file.  By
default, I *believe* it creates it wherever your Netscape preferences files
are.

"Network Neighborhood" doesn't ring a bell.  I'll look around and try to
refresh my memory :-)
 
If it involves being able to modify and replace files on the HTTP server
directly from Netscape, Miami should have that capability on MiaVX1 by the
time school starts after we upgrade to the latest version of our server
software.
