The documentation distributed with the Macintosh installation disks for
dialing into MUnet using PPP contain error regarding call-waiting. In
the troubleshooting section, one answer makes reference to disabling
call-waiting when dialing. The answer says that the customer will be
billed $.70 each time call-waiting is disabled. While this may be true
in some areas, GTE does not charge a per call fee. If you use GTE's
call-waiting service, you should purchase the optional disable
call-waiting package for an additional $2.00 per month.

Sorry for the confusion.
