The NDS was heavily modified last week to prepare it for this fall's automation
of ID creation. It appears to be running at a normal speed now after a few days
of slowness. This may not have been the trouble for some folks. In switching
around the NDS, the PPP process for ID verification was changed too and a couple
of sections of the NDS were mistakenly left out. They included MCS (home of mos
t
guest/test accounts) and PFD (Physical Facilities...home of DJRambo). Sorry for
the oversite. (MCS and PFD were not actually missing, just misplaced.)
