Yea, but those are Miami's general tuition fees and budget. The
Cleveland freenet, as far as I know, is made possible by money above
and beyond what the university charges it's students.
It would be like us getting a grant to add modems for TLCNet. It would
be great, but other than moving the TLCNet users away from our main
modem pool, it wouldn't help out our Miami access, unless the Miami
students decided to use TLCNet instead for their email, etc...
