v.32bis connection problems on 4999?

I'm having problems connecting to the Modems at 14,400 bps (x4999) tonight.
It was working fine on Saturday.  Now my modem tries to connect, but gets
cut off.  Had to connect at 2400 baud.
 
Anyone else having this problem?  I also tried connecting at 9600 and 4800
but it seems that there is a problem with all v.32bis connections at this
time...
