Hey, now-last week, when LISTSERV was holding messages for two hours, and they asked me to help, did I complain that I didn't even have an account on the machine? Did I cry that I had never even seen the interface before? Whine about never even having heard anybody talk technically about the product in my life? NO! And I had the cursed thing fixed just twenty minutes after sitting down at the console. I happily marched in, started flipping switches, twiddling knobs, and changing options at random until it started working again.

Oh. Did you say it's broken?
