Was happy to find a Brown Thrasher which was perched atop a tree going through its repertoire. I have seen them at this location but only a couple times. Also saw a young Mockingbird—not sure I’ve seen one before. The fully fledged youngster was begging and an adult flew over to feed it.

O/w, fairly quiet. Saw a female Orchard Oriole. Tree & Rough-winged Swallows. Only warblers the expected Yellow and Com YT. Willow FCs, E Kingbirds. Cedar Waxwings.

No Bobolinks or E Meadowlarks—last year at this time I had both species. No Blue Grosbeak that was reported a few days ago.
