I didnt make it east. Henslows and Worm eating will have to wait til
I get back from vacation. A mid day scan at Lost Bridge - that great
spot where anything can turn up! But usually doesn't stay, and is
far. I had a Common/Forster's there. I was starting to think Common
but then it flew a bit. I wasn’t happy with the wing coloring and structure
in flight for Common. But it was far! If on some off chance I managed
a digiscope shot with a diagnostic feature, I might change my entry.
But since I like to know what I am looking at before I take a pic, I
probably won't.

Armleder for my inat big year - sunny and hot - good for odes and
butterflies. Best areas being the trails at the canoe launch and the
fishing pond at the north.

A Prothonotary sounded off once in 30 minutes..... Canoe launch spot.

Cicadas are slowing down too. Less noise. But I will miss them!

Sat morning at the Rowe Woods bird walk and Sunday morning at
the ASO Boone county bird walk were very birdy! Hopefully the SW
Ohio Worm eating warblers cooperate when I get back from
vacation.

Good birding all.
