For the second time this week I had a small adult Sharp-shinned hawk in my
Clintonville neighborhood. This morning the bird was on the ground near a
neighbor's hedge, and then flew to a tree that hangs over the sidewalk
while I walked the dog beneath. Got a fantastic view. Once we passed, the
bird resumed it's position on the ground near the hedge. Perhaps eating
breakfast? Sharp-shinned are not common in my yard, more often get Cooper's.
