Sighted: One mature Snowy Owl coursing over large, harvested corn field @ 1235hrs today [1JAN14]. The bird investigated likely low perching sites in a narrow copse bisecting the field and then moved on to the south. The bird has not returned.
Location: [in south central Huron County about 2 miles SW of Greenwich Village] NE of intersection of Greenwich-Milan TL Road and Plymouth East Road [DeLorme 39D5] .
