I had 2 Pine Siskins at my thistle feeders this afternoon—the first for my backyard.
I birded Blacklick and Pick Ponds yesterday. Wonderful spring-like day to be out but quiet bird-wise. There were 22 Sandhill Cranes at Pick Ponds and a large flock of mixed gulls at Ellis Pond (herring, ring-billed & Bonaparte’s), around 75+.
