I joined Bob McNulty & friends at blendon woods this morning. It was pretty quiet. I had to drive around a herd of turkeys in the entrance road, at least 10, on the way in.

Best bird for me was a Yellow-throated Warbler spotted by Bob Crist by the visitor’s center. I saw my FOS Red-breasted Nuthatch at the blinds. An E Phoebe was perched on a pole on Walden pond.

not a lot of warblers but nice morning for a walk except for the birder who had her car broken into before our group arrived. Bummer.
