When I went out to walk on the Wright Field NP rd I thought it seemed very
quiet.
But I did see a few things,
2 x RedTail Hawks. I typically see one
2 x Red Belly Woodpeckers chasing each other around, perhaps juveniles?
1 x Bluebird. I would except to see many out there given the habitat but
usually only see one or two periodically.
1 x Carolina Wren
1 x Brown Creeper, I think. That was my first thougt and I didn't look
perhaps as carefully as I should have. Later I wondered if maybe it could
have been a Black and White warbler. I haven't seen either for a few years
so while I'm pretty sure it was a Brown Creeper I can't be positive
7 x what I think were Meadowlarks. Again I would think I would see these
out there more often but other than another possible glimpse this is only my
second probable sighting.

Marie, Dayton area
