And unsuccessful again! And I just missed an email to me suggesting
other spots near that main area - William Lucas Rd. Well, if not this year,
then next! My next try for Smiths will be Mercer county. That would be
a new county for me. One of my many goals - getting all Ohio counties
on my ebird map! I need a full day for there though. Maybe Friday. I heard
one was around up there.
Had Pipit today on William Lucas Rd. Habitat is probably better for them
with the plowing done. Trying for pics of Vesper and Pipit. Through
my car windshield. Hmmmm.. I am not holding my breath!
The Horned Larks were singing like mad. Nice to hear!
