The Lake has really opened up. Most everything is on the south side,
up close to the east shoreline. Best vantage point is from a small
jetty next to the boat launch at the east end of the causeway on the
south side. A scope is needed for best views. 19 species of ducks,
about 300 Tundra Swans. There was one snow goose among them. Two
long-tailed ducks remain. More things further south along the eastern
shoreline but no vantage point. Nice sized mink running among the rocks!
