These past few weeks every night there have been at least two juvenile great horned owls screeching in the woods right next to my residence.
I've heard thier sound sometimes over the years but was never sure really what it was since it was farther away. Now that I hear them up close I was able to compare owl sounds online and am quite sure it's the great horned.
