Nothing much which is the usual these days at Denison. A close Brown Creeper was nice today—alerted to its presence by its high pitched song (that serves as a hearing test).
Heard a Pileated. Only a few sparrows—white-throated & Song.
Saw one Black Vulture with some TVs this morning then two were soaring together near my house as the sun was lowering which lit their white wing tips.
A couple days ago at Denison I heard a couple towhees calling back and forth but none today.
Dipped on the Buckeye Lk Little Gull yesterday but thx to Matt Mason for directions & a heads up. I didn’t have a lot of time to keep scanning and the glare/distance made it challenging. An adult Bald Eagle got a bunch of gulls up but I didn’t see it in that group. Glad I got reasonably good looks at the Little Gull at Hoover awhile back.
