I just read the post saying the bird was seen around 2pm today while I was there. I was there from about 12:30 to 3:30. 

 I was hearing it call for a couple hours, often quite close, but except for a fleeting glimpse of it perched in shadow, I did not see the bird well. 

Hope to try tomorrow but having some health issues with one of my cats so may not be able to. 

Good luck on this expert skulker. At least it’s pretty vocal.
