A late afternoon visit. I couldnt get out this morning with all the chores.
And was behind after the Pom Jaeger chase! I consider that a good omen
for Ohio birding. 27 years birding in NJ and don't have that for Jersey!

I was disappointed no unusual shorebirds at Lost Bridge. I was presuming
the birds would stick. No tidal action to deal with! Well, I was wrong....
For the little time I was there, the shorebirds changed location and the
species were different every 20 minutes or so...

Lots of Chimney Swifts overhead. Must be a roost nearby.

Cars kept stopping to ask about the Eagles. I am new to the area,
so couldn't answer their questions! A fellow birder was more helpful
with that! Eagles are one of those species that can get non birders
hooked on birding!

Good birding all.
