I found a Red-necked Grebe this afternoon at 2:30 at Summit Lake, on the
northern end of the lake in the center, mixed in with Ring-necked Ducks and
Coots. Best viewed by parking in the lot on Manchester Rd and walking down
the hill to the water. You can also park on the eastern side of the lake at
Summit Lake Park and scope from there, but you won't be as close.

Approximate location: 41.058693, -81.546509
