Took a drive today beginning at the dam to Galena boardwalk. 
Saw a number of ducks and grebes. 

Coot. Lesser scaup. Ring-necked duck. Bufflehead. Red-breasted merganser 100+. Horned grebe. Hooded merganser. Pied-billed grebe. Ruddy duck. Double-crested cormorant. Mallard. Canada geese. 
Also Bonaparte’s gull and Tree swallow. 
 No Osprey were at the platforms from the end of the boardwalk in Galena.  
Many people out walking and fishing.
