I only had time for a short walk before going to work and it was pretty quiet although quite peaceful. I finally ran into a mixed flock just as I had to leave but it certainly wasn’t very active Except for Blue Jays, flickers and crows mobbing a juvenile Cooper’s Hawk that’s been hanging out at the reserve. There was much commotion and kakking by the Cooper’s Hawk.

E. Phoebes, an empid sp., several towhees and catbirds.
